These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hrybaji ("we", "us", "the Platform", "hrybaji") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the hrybaji website, mobile interface, gaming products, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels.

hrybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the hrybaji website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with hrybaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hrybaji.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In all other cases, these Terms apply solely to you as an individual player.

To access hrybaji's real-money gaming features, you must create a registered account. By submitting a registration application, you warrant and represent all of the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hrybaji strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18 and will take immediate action to close any account found to be held by a minor.
• You are registering under your own true and accurate personal identity. The submission of false, misleading, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• You are opening only one account on the hrybaji platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — are not permitted. hrybaji reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• The funds you deposit into your hrybaji account are not derived from any illegal or unauthorised activity.

Identity Verification (KYC)

hrybaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable standards. At any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds — hrybaji may request the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet screen showing the registered mobile number)

Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account. hrybaji will not process withdrawal requests for accounts with incomplete verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hrybaji username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hrybaji will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hrybaji support at [email protected] immediately.

hrybaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All financial transactions on the platform are conducted through the following approved payment channels:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. hrybaji does not permit withdrawals to a payment method that was not previously used to fund the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all players.

hrybaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to identity documents, payment method ownership verification, and source-of-funds declarations. Players who fail to comply with such requests within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended pending resolution.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned to the originating method, and the depositing account may be reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly — whether a deposit not credited to your account or a withdrawal not received — you must contact hrybaji support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims raised after this window may not be investigated. hrybaji will endeavour to resolve all legitimate transaction disputes within 10 business days of the initial report.

hrybaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus

Available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus amount, percentage match, and minimum qualifying deposit are specified on the current welcome offer page. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be voided.

Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the completion of wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and card games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Abuse & Fraud

hrybaji reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of automated software to meet wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the hrybaji platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and card games such as Callbreak.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of placement. Odds displayed are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• hrybaji reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including in-play markets, in response to changing match circumstances, technical issues, or integrity concerns.
• Bets placed on cricket fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, etc.). Abandoned matches and interruptions are settled in accordance with hrybaji's market-specific settlement rules published on the relevant betting market page.
• Maximum stake limits per event, per market, and per day may apply. hrybaji reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — whether arising from a human input error or a technical system fault — hrybaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules presented within the game interface itself. hrybaji accepts no responsibility for player misunderstanding of in-game rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, hrybaji's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Settled outcomes are final. Any unsettled round will be completed according to the recorded game state when the connection is restored.
• Slot games use RNG technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Card Games

• Card games including Callbreak are governed by the specific in-game rules published within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.
• Collusion between players in card games is strictly prohibited. hrybaji employs automated systems to detect and investigate suspected collusion. Accounts found to be engaged in colluded play will be suspended and winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hrybaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or otherwise engaging in any deceptive or fraudulent conduct.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Money Laundering: Using the hrybaji platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. hrybaji is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus systems, or influence the results of sporting events on which bets have been placed.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any other software tools to interact with hrybaji games or services in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents system controls.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical malfunctions, or pricing errors on the platform. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register, or permitting a minor to use the platform through your account, in violation of the 18+ age policy.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward hrybaji staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

hrybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account activity raises concerns related to fraud, AML compliance, or platform integrity.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting hrybaji support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to identity verification being complete.

Self-Exclusion

hrybaji offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gaming activity has become problematic. Players may request a self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account is locked, all marketing communications are ceased, and the player may not re-register during the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hrybaji will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact hrybaji support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hrybaji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hrybaji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond hrybaji's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any reliance placed on content, information, or game results displayed on the platform

hrybaji's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hrybaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hrybaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by hrybaji's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and hrybaji that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected]. hrybaji will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

hrybaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at hrybaji.net/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the hrybaji platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with hrybaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hrybaji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
